I am a magazineaholic! I love browsing and getting new ideas, but this year a theme is emerging and it is called decluttering.
So armed with magazine inspiration, I have started tackling travel momentos and photos. I am a hoarder! When I go on holidays I am the person who collects everything and that includes paper napkins. I just threw away 6 paper napkins from Disneyland which might not sound like much, but I must question myself as to why I brought them home in the first place! Postcards, in case I didn't get that perfect shot, maps and guides, slot machine tickets from Las Vegas totalling 60c and photos that never made it into an album all went into a very large plastic bag (Macy's to be exact) and placed into the garbage bin. I now have 2 boxes just waiting to be used for something else and the feeling is good.
